1. Service

I SING Room (hereinafter — Room) is an online classroom for voice and piano lessons by I SING Academy: a lesson room with video, backing track, piano, sheet music and voice analysis, and a teacher’s dashboard with files, lessons and playlists. By signing up, the teacher agrees to these terms and to the privacy policy. Students use Room for free and without signing up — via the teacher’s link.

2. Teacher account

• The account is personal: one person — one account.
• Use your real name and email — we use them to open access and reset your password.
• Keep your password safe and don’t share it with others. If you suspect someone has signed in to your account, write to us right away.
• Your room link is permanent — don’t publish it openly. Whoever opens it gets into the room only when you let them in.

3. Free trial, access and payment

After your request is confirmed, you get 15 days of free access to both modules. To keep working, you choose access terms — we agree on them with you before the trial ends. When access has ended or is paused, the dashboard and the room close, but your data is kept, and everything opens again once access is renewed. Prices, card payment, auto-renewal and refunds are described in the public offer.

4. Your files and copyright

• Everything you upload to Room — backing tracks, sheet music, recordings, photos — stays yours. We don’t use your materials for anything except running your dashboard.
• Upload only what you have the right to use in lessons. The teacher is responsible for respecting copyright on music and sheet music.
• A playlist shared via a link can be seen by anyone who has the link. Share it only with your students.

5. Lessons and recording

• The teacher runs the lesson and decides whom to let into the room.
• Before recording a lesson, warn the student and get their consent. For an underage student, parental consent is required.
• The recording is saved on your computer. Don’t publish or share students’ recordings without their consent.

6. What’s prohibited

You may not use Room for illegal content, insults or harassment, sending spam, spreading malicious files, attempts to hack the service or access other people’s dashboards, or reselling access without our consent. In such cases we may suspend the account.

7. Liability

We do everything we can to keep Room running reliably and keep improving it. But lesson quality also depends on things beyond our control: the internet, devices, browsers. That’s why Room is provided “as is”: we don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation and aren’t liable for losses caused by connection outages, browser errors or actions of third parties. Keep copies of important files on your side.

8. Closing an account and changes to the terms

You can close your account at any time — write to voicestudio.ising@gmail.com, and we’ll delete it together with your dashboard data. If we change these terms, the new version will appear on this page, and we’ll email teachers in advance about significant changes.
